For the fist time in modern history - there are no professional sports being played.
One exception is minor golf tours like the women's Cactus Tour. We will continue to follow that tour and other men's events scheduled.
I also want to send my best wishes to all of you who are struggling through this crisis.
Although there is no cure or treatment, there are things you can do to strengthen your immune systems.
Covid-19 attaches itself to lung cells. If your T-cells and Interferon are healthy - your body could have the ability to attack and kill the virus.
Things you can eliminate and add to your diet to strengthen you immune system:
REDUCE OR ELIMINATE:
If you must vape - try to reduce or stop.
Oxygen (keep your room and car well ventilated).
Wash hands after shopping or exposure.
Selenium (needed to assimilate Iodine)
Garlic (buy a jar of minced garlic - add to soups and salads)
Green Leafy Vegetables
Apple Cider Vinegar (also good for cleaning = 50/50 water in a spray bottle)
Celtic Sea Salt (eliminate table salt)
Breathing in Peppermint and Eucalyptus oils may also be good for your lungs.
If your immune system fails to combat the virus, your airways can fill with mucus. This is the main danger and the reason ventilators are in urgent demand. Here is some info on how to reduce mucus:
